you are right on form my viewpoint.Most of my adult years (at 83) have been spent trying to figure it all out at the physics level of atoms, molecules and electrons that represent visible matter and Einstein's "intended" continuous field which he preferred not to call dark matter. He took the same approach about gravity being the key (per "Gravitation" by Misner, Thorne and Wheeler)-after reaslizing where he went wrong in 1993 I started posting a correction andf completion of his Space Curvature concept; found a simple new expression for his and Kepler's relgiously held sence of Universal Harmony (UH) Using Einsteins G the generalized Higgs Particle size and as Newton's gravity constant at the visble surface of the Earth as the radius of the typical atom forming that surface, I came up with G = R/3(v-squared), or the dimensionless ration R/G must always be equal to the 3-axis energy of R for a simplest 3-D plus time reality. That is, as an ideal fluid,the dark matter that fills all space must granulate R and G for least friction or lowest possible energy state for a given spinning R-size matertial point locvation in space. Mass is a count of spin surface defining G-size Higgs partiles. That is mass is a surface quality not a volume quality. Thus Newton's constant G is the size of the average atom that is reflecting light to define its visible surface. Electrons are helical string waves of 1/h-squared G-size Higgs paricles as the mass that moves to present all anthropic measure.That is as atom made matter, we experience physical reality one electrons at a time so that the Planck relation E = nhf always has n equal to 1/h electrons traveling in parallel at the average measured freqency, f, so that energy and frequency are numerically synonymous. Since we cannot parse one electron segment of as ray of radiation, frequency measure is a massive partallel measure of electrons ---we get by with the grossness in prediction because of the h symmetry- An elctron mass is h grams not ergs.But since we are blinded to pulse mechanical detail, we eternally confuse mass and energy but our statiscial methods allow us to predict nicely anyway because of the h-symmetry where nh = (1/h)h cancels out as a unit of mass in grams!
